ACT Express Fabrication is a proud supporter of the U.S. Military! We were extremely eager to work with an individual who came to us looking to waterjet a custom reusable stencil that would incorporate the stars pattern from the U.S. flag. Our waterjet cutting services ensured that the design was both pinpoint accurate and easily repeatable. Our engineering team designed and built out the CAD drawings for the star stencil pattern.

Our waterjet system easily took care of the job and cut the design into a 10.5″ x 15″ piece of 16 gauge stainless steel per the client’s specifications. The industrial grade stencil was going to be used on podiums and placks that were going to be built for current and past military personnel. No matter what size your job may be.
